To travel to the heart of the hive and discover the kingdom of honey and its queen, make a bee-line for the Ateliers de l’Abeille. More than 1,000 working hives will help you to understand the lives of the bees and how to make honey and its by-products — mead, jellies, sweets…

Fun for all the family :

Visit the heart of the hive
Every afternoon, a special educational visit is arranged for children and their parents. A video takes you to the heart of the mysterious life of the hive.

The Honey festival – August
A landmark on the calendar for gourmets and visitors with curiosity, the Honey Festival is a great adventure in the heart of the hives in an atmosphere that is at once instructive, fun, and tasty! The programme includes discovering the world of the bees, the beekeeper’s tools, workshops for extracting and tasting the honey and its by-products!

Opening dates and times:
From 16/03 to 28/07 and from 23/08 to 14/11 from 9:00 a.m. to midday and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Closed on Tuesday, Sunday and bank holidays .
