A thousand years of history have built this unique site in Europe. With its underground passages, medieval keep, and blockhouses, Guise castle is a fine example of the power of the dynasty of the Dukes of Guise. During your tour, find your way through the labyrinth of vaulted rooms, stop in the former lepers’ room and venture into the mysterious underground passages.



Events :

Les Ducales – August
Les Ducales is an event that takes over the fortress with a medieval camp, a tournament, archery, fire-eater, street acts, and fair. As night falls, fair dames, noblemen, villeins or gallant knights accompany you through the castle’s countless secret passages and tunnels. Set off on a stunning journey back through time!

From 15/01 to 23/03 and from 26/10 to 15/12, daily from 10:00 a.m. to midday and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

From 23/03 to 25/10, daily from 10:00 a.m. to midday and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

From 01/01 to 15/01 and from 15/12 to 31/12
