02200 - SEPTMONTS

The arboretum was laid out in the park of Septmonts Keep in 1998. It includes three areas planted with original species from Europe, America and Asia, and grows richer every year with the planting of many new saplings by the local 7-year-olds. The park also offers visitors an apple orchard in the former bishops' garden, a vineyard which rehabilitates the local wine-making heritage, and an aromatic herb garden.
